Storage Shed Update:
Decided not to put bids in because Marvin would allow us to store some stuff in the old Cross Creek Building and possibly to have our meetings there.
Old Business:
Trees on Main Street - Larry would get the grates cut around them and filled with sand before the festival. Kelcey and Nancy Diemert would help - Lynne to report to them on what she found out from Mark Billmayer.
Chinook PTO sign project - No changes at this time. Heather advised Donna Rasmussen to go to the CTEP meeting at City Hall 8/7.
Main Street Posts - Christmas Lights and Signs - Nancy will update - Chuck going to CTEP Meeting 8/7/08 at City Hall to ask for $ for the Christmas Lights.

Sponsorships - Deb and Bonnie would like to see the Chamber profit $200 from each event - Paulette Keller agreed to help also.
Sugarbeets - Mike Schuldt usually orders them from Great Western Sugar in Billings, Chuck agreed that he could pick them up sometime before the festival - probably late September.
Anita DePriest - Suggested a recipe contest using sugarbeets.
