Meadowlark Elementary School
The original structure of the Meadowlark Elementary School
was opened in 1953.  An addition was completed in 1990 that
more than doubled the size of the school.  This building houses
kindergarten through sixth grade students.  It is a beautiful
facility complete with a modern library, gymnasium, computer
lab, music and art facilities.  The large spacious playground
area and multiple basketball and tennis courts offer year round
use to the community.
Chinook Junior/Senior High School
Clubs & Organizations Include:
» Business Professionals of America (BPA)                                                  
This club contributes to the preparation of a world-class workforce through the
advancement of leadership, citizenship, academic, and technological skills.
» Pep Club                                                                                                  
Pep club organizes events such as pep rallies and parades, and promotes and
initiates school spirit.
» Academic Challenge                                                                                
This club participates in a statewide competition to stimulate academic acuity.   
» Pep Band                                                                                                
This club does a great job supporting our sports teams with lively warm up music.
» National Honor Society (NHS)                                                            
Membership is considered to be the highest award that can be given to a student by
a local school. This society focuses on leadership, scholarship, service, and
character.    
» Future Farmers of America (FFA)                                                               
All students enrolled in agriculture studies become members of FFA.
» Student Council                                                                                       
Made up of a body of elected student officers, the student council brings new ideas
and energy to the schools officials.

Chinook Public Schools
The original portion of this spacious building was
built in 1939.  A gymnasium, vocational shop,
and science classrooms were opened in 1964.  
The junior high wing and multi-purpose rooms
were added in 1990.  An interactive television
studio was completed in 1997 that enables
students and community members the
opportunity to enroll in classes through the
Montana University System.  Full computer
networking was completed in 1999 that
connects the districts buildings to each other
and to the rest of the world.
