Sweet Home is a Medicaid/Medicare approved skilled nursing facility. We have 42 beds, 10 private rooms and 16 semi-private rooms.
Adult Day Care services are available. Our facility offers top notch quality care, yet it is small enough to have a home-like environment.
Our cats, Spunky, Ginger and Fred, live in the facility. We also have a beautiful bird aviary by the nurses' station. Occasionally you will
find dogs visiting the facility when the staff brings their animals to work.

Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Nursing
A licensed nurse and CNA's are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Dietary
Serving three meals a day in our bright cheerful dining room. A morning and evening snack is available for our residents at the nurses'
station. We accommodate all special diet needs.
