Table and Chair Rental from the Chinook Area Chamber of Commerce

Seating for up to 300 People!

The Chinook Chamber of Commerce Rents their Table and Chairs to the public via the following rules:
1. The equipment must be returned in excellent condition with none of the following:
          - Marks/Writing on the Plastic of the Tables
          - Tape left from hanging things off them
          - Broken or cracked plastic.
          - Bent or Ruined Frames.
          - Clean and free of liquid spills or sticky messes

2. If you return the tables and chairs in any of the above conditions, the Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cash your deposit check which was provided when the tables were rented to cover the cost of the repairs or replacement.

RENTAL FEES:
TABLES - White resin 8 foot banquet tables allowing 8 persons seating (4 per side - does not include the ends)
                  Tables are $8.00 each to rent per 24 hour period
                  MEMBER-ONLY RATE - $6.00 per Table

                  White resin 6 foot banquet tables allowing 6 persons seating (3 per side - does not include the ends)
                  Tables are $6.00 each to rent per 24 hour period
                MEMBER-ONLY RATE - $4.00 per Table

                  Deposit for the tables are: $2.00 each table.

                  TOTALS: There are 24 (twenty) eight-foot tables (white resin)
                  TOTALS: There are 23 (twenty-three) six-foot tables (white resin)

CHAIRS - White resin molded chairs - 250 pound capacity.
                  Chairs are 75 cents each per 24 hour period to rent.
                  Deposit for the chairs are: 50 cents per chair
                  MEMBER-ONLY RATE - 50 cents per chair

                  TOTALS: There are 310 white resin chairs
                  TOTALS: There are 150 metal frame chairs

COMPLETE TRAILER PACKAGE RENTAL FEE:
The Chinook Chamber allows the community to utilize their convenient trailer and pull it to any location within Blaine County.

The rate for the 47 Tables and 310 Chairs and the Trailer usage all together is:
MEMBER-ONLY RATE - $375
NON-MEMBER RATE - $425
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION RATE (Proof of Non-Profit Designation Required) - $150
Deposit for the trailer/tables/chairs is $475 - to be written in two separate checks - the deposit check will NOT be cashed as long as trailer and product is returned in excellent condition.
